Please read the following carefully or your booking may not be valid

*Your booking will be automatically cancelled if you do not arrive at the temple at the correct time. Entry to the temple can be made up to one hour from the time shown on your booking confirmation.

*Reservations cannot be made for any timeslot when we are at full capacity.

*When there is space available, same-day reservations can also be made.

*After making your booking, you will receive an email with confirmation that your booking is complete. In addition, you will receive a confirmation email the day before your booking.
Please show one of these emails to the reception on the day of the event.

*The confirmation e-mail will be sent from no-reply@select-type.com.

*If you do not receive this e-mail, please check if it is in your spam folder.

*For group visits of more than 10 people, please email kyoto-enkouji@mbr.nifty.com to confirm availability in advance.

*It is not possible to amend the booking date/time. Please cancel the existing booking following the instruction on the confirmation email and make a new online booking for the correct time.

*Instructions on how to cancel your reservation will be included in the confirmation e-mail received after making your reservation.

*Please make your own decision about wearing a mask. We recommend wearing a mask when it is effective to prevent the spread of infection.

*Parking slots are closed to the public during the time period.

*Photography, photo sessions, and similar activities are strictly prohibited during long stays.
